Words cannot convey to you how happy I will be when this election is over. I am obsessed, I tell you. I love you, I love your blog, but I cannot seem to process anything not connected to politics, much less form coherent sentences, even about politics. There will be lots of pictures for a while. Here is one of me with Dave the Wheelwright. Dave would not dream of claiming to live in a no-spin zone.

Yeah, this election season is taking it's toll on me, too. I can't bring myself to fully take comfort in polls showing McCain/Palin sinking. Cause ya know, polls showed Bush losing too and look what happened. Polls can't predict cheating.

I've already cast my vote and put it in the mail. (Oregon does mail-in ballots, It's quite efficient and effective.) Now I just knit and hope. And no, I won't say who I voted for. That's why they have those secrecy envelopes.

It's totally stressing me out. I can't watch the coverage anymore, I just get too anxious. I know where I stand and how I'm voting on everything, got my guide all marked, ready for election day to get here and be done already.
*bites nails*
I will weep bitter tears if there is cheating and election stealing this time. I don't know that I can bear another 4 years of the same thing.
