Six on Sunday
Six reasons I'm glad to be home:
- I get to sleep in my own bed.
- The TV and the Internet are at my beck and call.
- Likewise the washing machine.
- The cats and I are very happy to see each other.
- We don't have to remember not to drink the tap water. (In Rangeley the tap water comes directly out of the lake. It's clean enough to wash in and even brush our teeth with, but we don't want to drink it.)
- Three bathrooms, no waiting.

That looks like a gorgeous view to look at while spinning into the evening hours.

Six on Sunday hmmmm?
Must add that to my Blog Ideas folder.
You do look pretty peaceful and contented there.

Sounds wonderful - both the trip and getting home. Lovely sunset.

Welcome home! Isn't it great how your own bed just embraces you? And our dear mechanical servants are soo convenient. Hope the drive home was less eventful than the drive out.

Nothing says "vacation" like a wheel perched on a beach towel. ;-)

And now you might guess that those birds are actually called gulls. Not seagulls. Probably ring billed gulls. Glad you had a good time! I'd gladly trade the things you're happy for to have a week there (but then I'd be glad to have those things back at the end of the week too!).
