I remember one day when I was picking and eating blackberries while out on a walk, picking and eating and picking and ating, and suddenly one of them was crunchy. I had picked and eaten a beetle.
Didn't stop me though. I still adore sun-warmed blackberries fresh off the cane. Scratches not-withstanding!
