Sunset Land

I have my own personal sunset on the arm of the sofa.

I'm spinning it into laceweight. It's taking me a really long time.

But I don't mind.

  • How are you spinning it? Are you tearing strips from the batt as you go? How are you drafting?

  • So lovely! Yes, somebody else told me to save that first spinning... but I'm giving it to the person who gave me the bit of fleece... it's all an experiment anyhow. I figure I won't be much better the first time on the wheel (this weekend) (!!!). As for your question... if you remember that the bunnies are part of the theme because the witches are afraid of them, it helps (becuase, the eggs are for fertility of all, and of course the witches want to steal them, but the bunnies are out there protecting the eggs from witch theft). Or was your question really about hair????? I'd say, go with it. I am actually very interested in the things people believe, as long as they don't require that I also believe the same things in the same way. THOSE people are just plain asses. Or stupid. Or stupid asses.... ok, I'm done.
