Just give me a fancy camera and I'll stay happy for hours...

Hi Lucia -
I just discovered your blog last week, and am really enjoying it. A funny thing: I'm on the brink of replacing my digital camera, and this usually means doing a ton of research, asking everyone I know, etc.
but after reading your blog I have a feeling you (or your husband) are the same way about doing the pre-buying homework, so now I'm thinking of just foregoing the research phase and buying the same camera.
Hey, thanks for all those hours I can now spend knitting!

Oh, so so pretty. I'm rather sick at myself for not even NOTICING that my lavender is already gone by. The veg garden is taking up ALL my time. Ah, well. Friends took a walk up there to the veg garden this morning while I was out picking berries in the front, and they said, "OH MY GOD," they had no idea how incredible my garden was -- "you'd never know that from the street," etc. Raving on and on. So I guess it's worth it. :)
